RoHS 3.0 Certified Products
From the design phase, Esco ensures products compliance with environmental regulations under the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) 3.0 standard.
GHG Carbon Emissions Accounting
In 2024, Esco began calculating greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions for all our locations worldwide, including both manufacturing facilities and offices. This year, we are focused on Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, with plans to expand to Scope 3 emissions in the coming years.
Three Methods of Waste Segregation
In Esco’s manufacturing facility, we segregate waste into general, recyclable, and hazardous categories. We partner with third-party recyclers and institutions for processing.
Recycling Efforts
Esco repurpose carton boxes as corner protectors to reduce waste and donate wooden pallets to schools as part of our waste reduction method.
Resource Efficiency Initiatives
Esco's production process primarily relies on electricity (stationary), water, and fuel (mobile combustion). To improve resource efficiency, Esco’s key initiatives include the use of solar panels, semi-automatic valves, a rainwater storage tank, and electric forklifts.

SocialGood Practices of Occupational Health and Safety
Esco strives to maintain an injury-free workplace, guided by our safety and health policy. This commitment is demonstrated by the awards our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team has received for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Employee Training
Esco conducts various training programs, including induction and refresher training to ensure high level of employee competency. Notable examples include firefighting training, first aid training, and chemical spill control training.

Esco is dedicated to driving social impact through CSR initiatives. Recent efforts include a beach cleaning event with PT Bintan Industrial Estate and a tree planting program.
