Enhancing Lab Safety: Empowering Awareness and Prevention

Last May 12th, 2023, a highly informative Biosafety Awareness Seminar was conducted at the prestigious Novotel in Ahmedabad. The event was a collaboration between Esco Lifesciences and Saksham Scientific Instruments India to inform and raise awareness among the participants regarding the crucial aspects of biosafety in various industries.
The seminar began with an engaging opening address by Mr. Amit Singh. He emphasized the importance of biosafety in safeguarding human health and the environment. Ms. Samruddhi Patil then proceeded with the seminar, discussing with a total of 75 enthusiastic participants. The attendees consist of professionals, researchers, and individuals passionate about biosafety practices, coming from diverse backgrounds such as healthcare, biotechnology, research institutions, and academia.
Another seminar was conducted last May 17th, 2023 at the Radisson Hotel Gurugram Udyog Vihar. The event was a collaboration between Esco Lifesciences and Kudos Instruments. It began with an engaging opening address by Ms. Archita Singh and Ms. Samruddhi Patil then proceeded with seminar proper.
Lastly, another collaborative event between Esco Lifesciences and SV Scientific took place on May 19th, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Atria in Bengaluru. The occasion commenced with an captivating introductory speech delivered by Mr. Amit Singh followed by the biosafety seminar conducted by Ms. Samruddhi Patil.
The seminars proved to be a successful platform for learning and exchanging knowledge. A wide range of topics, including risk assessment and management, containment facilities, biohazardous waste management, laboratory safety protocols, and the latest advancements in biosafety practices were highlighted. The speakers effectively communicated the significance of adhering to strict biosafety measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, protect workers, and maintain a safe working environment.
