It is a regular check-up for your Cold Storage equipment to stay at optimal performance and carry out its primary purpose such as protection and preservation of valuable samples for life science research, diagnostics and various industries.
Preventive Maintenance
This procedure includes condenser cleaning, compressor checking, evaporator and condenser fan checking, sample placement checking, alarm test, and door gasket leak test — all necessary for optimal functioning of the unit.
IQ/OQ
Esco provides customers Installation Qualification/ Operation Qualification (IQ/OQ) protocol of our products. Esco can also perform these services directly on behalf of its customers or arrange them through independent approved local certifiers. The availability may vary from country to country and region to region. Also, Esco can train customer employees to perform IQ / OQ.
Troubleshooting and Parts Replacement
Esco provides replacements for consumable elements as well as any components that might fail while the product is in service.
Temperature Validation
This procedure includes internal temperature checking and calibration to ensure optimal working condition of the unit.
